CATALOG?
We don't have any other catalog. If paper and ink somehow
became cheaper than space on the Web, we might consider having a hard copy catalog.
Until that time, we only have our web store (which is fairly complete as far as
what we have in our shop). If there is something you are looking for, and we don't
have it, just ask us.

HOW DO YOU WORK THE SHIPPING?
Shipping Charges are figured out accurately. Handling charges (usually only $0.25 - $1.00) cover the cost of packaging materials.
Here's a little chart breaking down the average shipping charges for a 4 LB. Box shipped via UPS to a non-rural address in Florida, and Priority Mail. Please note this is not 100% accurate for your box, this is only a reference.
However, you can see that if you want EXPRESS SHIPMENT, and you are getting a large waterpipe, it does cost a lot more than ground. Please remember these rates are determined by UPS, not by us.
Actual rates will vary according to the actual weight of your package, and the dimensions of the box required for your shipment.

HOW TO USE THIS SITE
1. Select a department from the top frame by
clicking on the name of the department.
2. After you select a department, the categories will appear on the left side
of your screen. When these appear, you may choose a category by clicking on that
category name.
3. After you have selected a category, the items in that category will appear
on your screen. To find out more information about that product, you may click
on the image of the item, or the name of the item.
4. At ANY time while in the shop, you can jump from department to department,
just click on the area you want to go to.
5. If you want to purchase something, just select the style if available
and enter the quantity desired. Then press the "ADD TO CART" button.
6. To Remove an item from your cart, just click "VIEW MY SHOPPING CART" locate
the item you don't want, then click "REMOVE"
7. After you are finished shopping, click "VIEW MY SHOPPING CART" then click "SEE
THE CASHIER" to check out.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD
If you don't have a credit card, we do offer
options to Mail us a Money Order. If you want to choose this option, just select
the card type "Mail Money", then write "MAIL MONEY" in the box for the Credit
Card Number.
Once you have placed your order we will e-mail you back with instructions on where
to send your Money Order, and how much the total will be including shipping and
handling. Money Order shipments will not be sent until we receive the money order.
We do not accept personal checks (sorry).
COD's are no longer accepted as a form of payment for retail orders. This
feature was abused by more people than actually accepted the COD deliveries. We
are sorry if this is an inconvenience.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN EXTRA HANDLING CHARGE?
If your package is going to be more than 3
feet long, there may be additional handling charges from UPS. This will also include
an additional cost for the shipping of the items. If you've ordered over $100
worth of merchandise from the store, your shipping will be discounted. The discount
will be equal to the shipping charges for a non oversized package.
FOR EXAMPLE: You live in NY, and your box weighs 5 pounds,
but it is 3 feet long. UPS bills this 3 foot long box as 30 LBS. The cost to ship
this 3 foot long box is $15.72. The shipping for a regular 5 LB box to NY is $5.63.
If your order exceeded $100, you would pay $10 for additional handling.

Yes, of course we ship in plain boxes.
Your privacy is VERY IMPORTANT to us, and we maintain total discretion.
Your Credit Card Bill, will read "High Altitude, Breckenridge, CO" nothing more.

outside of the United States?
No... Sorry but we do not ship anything outside
of the United States. Please don't ask us, because we won't do it.

Return Policy:
All merchandise leaves our shop in perfect condition. Any damages during shipping
MUST be reported to BOTH High Altitude and UPS (If your order was shipped via
UPS. To report damage to UPS, call 1-800-PICK-UPS, and have the tracking number
from the package ready for them.) immediately upon receipt.
You may contact us either by e-mail or by calling our 800 number. Any request
to exchange an item (for store credit or another item - NO CASH REFUNDS
will be given) must be authorized by High Altitude before the item is
returned. Shipping and handling charges are NON-Refundable regardless of the situation.
Any request for an exchange must be made within 72 hours of the receipt of your
package. The item MUST be new and in pristine condition for the return to be accepted.
Any item which is returned to us and found to have been USED will be returned
to YOU at YOUR expense.
